- Content You Provide: information you submit to generate career‑related content and guidance (e.g., CVs/resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, goal planning, skills‑gap analysis, job‑matching insights, and similar outputs).
- Payment Information: handled by our payment processor (see Section 4); we do not store full card numbers.
2.2. Usage Information
- Device Information: IP address, browser type/version, operating system, device identifiers.
- Usage Data: pages visited, features used, time on platform, referral URLs.
- Cookies/Similar Technologies: see Section 10.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the Services.
- Generate career‑related content and guidance using AI (e.g., CVs, cover letters, interview prep, goals, etc.).
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Personalise your experience and improve the Services.
- Communicate about your account, updates, and where permitted promotional offers.
- Analyse usage to enhance performance and reliability.
- Ensure security and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.

- Contract: to deliver the Services you requested.
- Legitimate Interests: to improve and secure our Services, prevent misuse, and send service notices balanced against your rights.
- Consent: for non‑essential cookies and certain marketing communications (you can withdraw consent at any time).
Marketing (PECR): We send service emails as part of providing the Services. We only send marketing by electronic mail where we have your consent or the UK PECR “soft opt‑in” applies (existing customers, similar services). You can opt out at collection and in every message via the unsubscribe link.
4. Third‑Party Service Providers (Recipients)
We share personal information with trusted providers who help us deliver the Services. These recipients only process personal information under our instructions and for our purposes:
- Payments – Stripe: payment processing; card details processed directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Hosting – Amazon Web Services (AWS): cloud hosting and data storage.
- Email & Marketing – Brevo: service and permitted marketing emails; list management; email analytics (opens/clicks/bounces).
- AI Model Provider - Anthropic: We use Anthropic models to generate the AI outputs described in Section 3. When you submit inputs (e.g., CV content, job descriptions, prompts), those inputs may be processed by Anthropic’s models to produce outputs. For details, see Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.
Where a provider processes personal information outside the UK, we use appropriate transfer safeguards (see Section 8).
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. You may request deletion of your account/data at any time via [email protected].

Where lawful, we may use de‑identified or aggregated inputs/outputs to maintain and improve our Services and models. We do not publish personal information in identifiable form without consent.

We review and update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes (for example, using personal information for anew purpose, sharing it with a new type of recipient, or changing how we rely on consent), we will notify youin advance by posting a prominent notice in the Service and/or emailing you before the changes take effect. If a change requires fresh consent, we will request it via the relevant interface.
The “Last Updated” date at the top shows when we last changed this Policy. Changes take effect when we post the updated Policy, unless we state otherwise.
